WARRANTY POLICIES.
Our warranty time frame policy is as follows. Our S2/S1/9plus all have a one year warranty from date
of purchase of original owner only with proof of purchase. This is based on the date of First User’s purchase of this product


Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Returns/Refund/Exchanges can only be done if purchased from us at spectrababyjordan within 14
days of receiving the item with proof of purchase and unopened. You must submit the following form with all refunds, exchanges and upgrades in order for us to process


Where to submit for Troubleshooting/ Warranty Claim?
All videos, pictures and claims are to be submitted to only one of the following through the contact us page at fb.com/spectrababyjordan OR directly to admin@spectrababyjodan.com


How to submit a warranty claim?
• Before submitting a claim our policy is that you must submit a video of the pump/issue or picture
of the product in question to trouble shoot with one of our staff first.
• To submit a warranty claim for a pump our policy is as follows after troubleshooting the pump with one of our team, all of the items have to be included in order to process a replacement if in the warranty time period.
• One of the following must be submitted:
1. Proof of purchase with order number and receipt (if you purchased your breast pump on Amazon)
2. Your First and Last Name, mailing address, phone number, and email
3. Breast pump model, and serial number/SN# (located at the back/bottom of the pump).

What happens next?
If after trouble shooting your pump is found to be defective by our team, you are in the warranty period and you are able to provide the above information we will send you a new pump/part with a return label to return us the defective product within 3-7 business days according to your current situation.


Warranty Limitations
Replacements do not include lost or stolen items, items broken due to personal error. Replacements are covered for issues of damage upon arrival, or malfunctioning of the pump during the designated warranty period. Spectra warrants the Product to the First User against defects in material or workmanship for a designated period as listed above. Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any customer actions, such as mishandling and product abuse, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification.
